Vitamin B12 listings include 1,000 MCG sublingual nuggets and 500 MCG capsules. Both delivery format and label quantity differ, so compare the exact nutrient form, serving instructions and package count rather than assuming one unit is interchangeable with another. Review the current options and complete label on the product details page before ordering, and confirm the package shown is the one you want.
