How to Place an Order

To successfully place your order, please be aware that while we do accept various payment methods,Crypto transactions Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT(TRC-20) transactions are processed more quickly. If you prefer to use a different payment method, please contact our support team for assistance. Having your BTC ready will help avoid any complications with payment processing.

Step 1

Purchase bitcoin from a Centralized Exchange (CEX) such as CoinJar or Swyftx,
or preferably use a Non-Custodial Wallet like Exodus, Edge, or Trust Wallet.

The preferred method:
Use a non-custodial wallet for complete control of your funds without restrictions.

Important: If using a CEX, always transfer your Bitcoin to your personal wallet first,
then make the payment from there. Do not send directly from the exchange.

Step 2

Select your products and proceed to checkout.

Step 3

After entering your delivery details, you’ll see the exact Bitcoin amount and the
Wallet Address to send to. Enter this into your wallet/exchange.

Step 4

Once payment is sent, email us at info@sprinklesmenu.com
with your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line.
Include either a screenshot of the payment or the Transaction Hash (TxID).

Step 5

Payments typically take 20 minutes – 1 hour to confirm.
If it’s been over an hour, you may email us to check your order status.
As long as you’ve sent the required details, your order will be processed.

Step 6

Once you receive an “Order Complete” email, your package will be shipped ASAP.
Tracking details will follow shortly (check your spam/junk folder).
